Wasatch Storage Partners Announce New Chief Investment Officer

Nathan Bennett has recently joined Salt Lake City based Wasatch Storage Partners as Chief Investment Officer. Nathan most recently served as Vice President in the self-storage group at Crow Holdings Capital and sat on the investment committee for the CHC Self-Storage Fund. In his role as Chief Investment Officer, Nathan will lead all aspects of identifying and analyzing acquisition and development opportunities and will be a key member of the executive team responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Wasatch Storage Partners. Wasatch CEO Bret Durfee commented that “we are thrilled with the addition of Nathan to our team. In a relatively short amount of time Nathan has developed a vast network within the self storage industry and has developed a reputation of competency and integrity that can only help Wasatch grow and prosper well into the future.”
