Information

What We collect

We may collect two types of information from you: (i) information that you knowingly and voluntarily supply to us (e.g., through a registration process, sign-ups, or other interaction with the Site); and (ii) information that is derived through automated tracking mechanisms.

Voluntary Information

You may choose to voluntarily and knowingly supply us with information and/or you may provide information through a request for information, registration process or sign in procedure used to access information on some of the Site’s pages. Some of this information will identify you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. This Privacy Policy refers to such information as "personal information" or "personally identifiable information." This may include your name or associated company name, email address, postal address, and home or work telephone number. This personal information is collected from you in a variety of ways which may include your responses to correspondence, registering for a service, purchasing goods, or requesting information about our Site or our services.

You also may be able to provide information which will be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Site with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

By submitting a telephone number to Union Realtime you agree that a representative of Union Realtime can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message.  Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our products and/or services.

Information We collect Through Automatic Data collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, bcs-rowsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Site, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site.
  • Information about your computer and Internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and bcs-rowser type.

The information we collect automatically is statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Site and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Site according to your individual interests.
  • Speed up your searches.
  • Recognize you when you return to our Site.

We do track our users across time and across websites, but we do not recognize "do not track" requests from Internet bcs-rowsers and similar devices.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

Cookies (or bcs-rowser cookies).

A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept bcs-rowser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your bcs-rowser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Site. Unless you have adjusted your bcs-rowser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your bcs-rowser to our Site. We do not use flash cookies.

Web Beacons.

Pages of our Site and/or our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

Unique Identifier.

We may assign you a unique internal identifier to help keep track of your future visits. We use this information to gather aggregate demographic information about our visitors, and we use it to personalize the information you see on the Site and some of the electronic communications you receive from us. We keep this information for our internal use, and this information is not shared with others.

Third Party Opt Out.

We may allow third-party companies to serve advertisements and/or collect certain anonymous information when you visit the Site. These companies may use non-personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to, click stream information, bcs-rowser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to the Site in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie or third party web beacon to collect this information, as further described above. Through these technologies, the third party may have access to and use non-personalized information about your online usage activity.

You can opt-out of certain online behavioral services through any one of the ways described below (you do not need to go to each opt-out site, one is sufficient). After you opt-out, you will continue to receive advertisements, but those advertisements will no longer be as relevant to you.

  • You can opt-out via the Network Advertising Initiative industry opt-out at networkadvertising.org
  • You can opt-out via the Consumer Choice Page at aboutads.info
  • You can opt-out via the IAB UK's industry opt-out at youronlinechoices.com
  • You can configure your web bcs-rowser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) to delete and/or control the use of cookies. More information can be found in the Help system of your bcs-rowser. It is at your discretion whether you use any of the opt-outs described above or manage cookies via the bcs-rowser.

Note: If you opt-out as described above, you should not delete your cookies. If you delete your cookies, you will need to opt-out again.
