With Radius, the task is similar: discover and communicate actionable insights for clients. When he's away from the numbers, James enjoys family time, golf, and his status as reigning NKF Ping Pong Champion.

After 12 years as a freelance software-engineer in the UK, Adam moved to the U.S. in 2012 before becoming co-founder of Union Realtime in 2016. Adam is passionate about using technology to build solutions and solve problems for clients. When he’s not being our brain child, Adam enjoys tennis, music, and otherwise generally nerdy pastimes.
Cory is a founding principal of Union Realtime. He has over a decade of experience working on Wall Street as an analyst and consultant investing in tech companies. Cory is passionate about solving problems and advancing the self storage industry. When he's not strategizing the company’s next opportunity, he and his family enjoy spending time in Colorado, his home state.
As Chief Business Development Officer, Theresa is responsible for leading the company’s growth and managing client relationships. She has over 10 year’s experience in the self storage industry. Prior to joining Radius, Theresa was the co-founder of List Self Storage, an online platform for marketing and selling self storage properties nationwide. She currently serves as Chairwoman of the national Self Storage Association’s Women’s Council and is a committee member with its Best Practices Group. Theresa is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Michigan and has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 13 years. She received a B.S. in Political Science from Oakland University. When Theresa is not attending self storage events, she enjoys spending time with her son and pet rabbit, Stu.

Chloe is a Software Engineer, focusing primarily on software development and architecture on cloud-based web applications. Chloe's favorite part of her job is problem solving and learning new technologies. She's currently a big fan of serverless architecture, Angular framework, NodeJS and Amazon Web Services. She enjoys working on a team whose goal is to bring Radius customers the best user-experience by constantly researching and implementing state-of-art tech solutions and delivering robust and scalable application services. Chloe studied mathematics, physics, and statistics at Wuhan University in China where she earned a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering. She went on to receive a Master’s in Applied Statistics from Fordham University, where she developed great interest in computer science and big data, so she started learning coding and software development to become a software engineer.
As Software Developer, Rita is responsible for the development and maintenance of core features of the Radius+ website. Prior to joining Radius+, Rita spent a year on scholarship in China studying Mandarin and taught English and Mandarin to non-natives. In 2013, She moved to Manhattan and worked in residential real estate as well as freelancing in illustration, graphic design, web design and development. Rita earned a B.A. in Linguistics from Dnipropetovsk National University in Ukraine, and speaks Russian and English fluently, as well as Spanish, Mandarin and Japanese on various levels of proficiency. She has a passion for languages and views them (both human and programming) as a library of patterns and puzzles to be cracked/deciphered and put back together. When Rita isn’t crafting our Radius code, she enjoys discovering all New York City has to offer including its art, fashion, design, dance and just walking around the city.
As Chief Creative Officer, Jonathan is responsible for all of the marketing, media, branding, and content created for Radius+. He joined the team after working in brand strategy for Horizon Media in New York City. During his advertising career, Jonathan has worked for international brands that include Little Caesars, Smucker’s, Mondelez International (Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, Trident, Stride), and Home Depot. He has an artistic passion for bringing concepts to life that are visual, relatable and emotional. Jonathan majored in Management Studies at Gettysburg College, and minored in Film Studies and Business. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys creating short movies and films.
