The portfolio is comprised of 4 facilities located in the Limburg region of the Netherlands, and totals over 3,200 lettable square meters. The newly acquired portfolio will be re-branded and fully integrated into the existing 1 BOX Self Storage brand that ESG currently operates across the Netherlands and has plans to expand throughout the Benelux region over the coming years.
