With summer over and big REITs releasing their Q3 numbers soon, it is important to review which units had the largest average unit rate increase from Q1 2022 to Q2 2022

From Q1 2022 to Q2 2022 5×5 CC units increased from an average of $62.8 to an average of $66 an increase of5.1%

5×10 CC units increased from an average of $94.5 to an average of $98.8 an increase of 4.6%

10×10 CC units increased from an average of $149.3 to an average of $155.7 an increase of 4.3%

10×15 CC units increased from an average of $196.2 to an average of $203.7 an increase of 3.8%

10×20 CC units increased from an average of $257.4 to an average of $269 an increase of 4.5%

It is interesting to see that the smaller units seemed to have the highest percentage increases with 5×5 CC units having the biggest increase, and 5×10 CC units having the second highest increase nationally. It will be interesting to see which units have the largest percentage change from Q2 2022 to Q3 2022.
