This market is remarkable in of itself due the vast amounts of population and housing growth it’s experienced over the years with Self Storage quickly following.

Notable in the past few years it’s grown accordingly (all percentages representative of new supply added relative to total supply)

  • 2022 – 2.1%
  • 2023 – 3.2%
  • 2024 – 2.9%
  • 2025 – 1.5%
