The Radius+ team has released a new filtering system to help you look nationally for pockets of supply that fit your criteria.

Narrow down your search by filtering our data to what you’re looking for, based on square footage of facilities, year opened or if they’re REIT operated or not.

Save the filter so you have it in your back pocket at all times when you log in.

When you’re locked in to a trade area of interest run the numbers with all the supply in the area with highlight mode, or narrow down your trade area numbers with the analysis mode, automatically excluding things that don’t meet your criteria in the filter.
