Afterall they are placing their life long work in the hands of a real estate expert to market and sell their asset ensuring their financial objectives are met. Undoubtedly in self storage, the client’s business is normally very successful. Its a matter of understanding how they built and maintain their revenue and then use my skills to market their benchmark successes attracting the highest paying investor the market will offer. Hearing an owner say “yes Tom I want you to sell my property’” is always welcomed news in my daily work, but delivering the right process bringing the transaction to a successful close and pleasing the client is the most rewarding experience in my profession.
