Mr. Sapontzis has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consultation, since 2004. He has worked for an extensive group of clients including financial institutions, law firms, the Department of Transportation, municipalities and private owners. He has completed an assortment of appraisals covering a diverse range of assets including: office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, hotels, golf courses, auto dealerships, special purpose properties and is part of the Colliers Self-Storage Specialty Group.
