Chris Sonne has recently joined the Valuation & Advisory Self-Storage practice set up by Newmark Knight Frank (NKF).
Sonne co-leads the practice with Steve Johnson who initially formed the V&A practice from a group previously covering storage at Integra Realty Resources - subsequently acquired by NKF.
Sonne follows in the footsteps of previous boss John Busi who joined NFK in 2016. Sonne and Johnson had previously spent nine years working together at Cushman & Wakefield.
