The Radius+ team has released a new [filtering system](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/filtering system) to help you look nationally for pockets of supply that fit your criteria.
Narrow down your search by filtering our data to what you’re looking for, based on [square footage](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/square footage) of facilities, [year opened](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/year opened) or if they’re [REIT operated](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/reit operated) or not.
Save the filter so you have it in your back pocket at all times when you log in.
When you’re locked in to a [trade area](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/trade area) of interest run the numbers with all the supply in the area with highlight mode, or narrow down your trade area numbers with the [analysis mode](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/analysis mode), automatically excluding things that don’t meet your criteria in the filter.
