Happy April 1st!

The Radius+ team is excited to announce Radius+ Vision. Our hardware eyeglasses give users real-time insights.

  1. If you direct your gaze at an existing Self Storage property, your frames will produce the following data points:

    • The asset’s current occupancy
    • Provide a phone number and email for the owner
    • In-place rates

  2. If you find a plot of land or an empty building and double-tap the button on the left rim while directing your vision on the development site, your frames will show you the following:

    • How much NRSF is viable to be developed on the plot or conversion.
    • What the average price per square ft. is in the surrounding 3-mile trade area.
