With July behind us we can take a look and see how the average price per square ft for July 2023 compares to July 2024.

The price per square foot for July 2023 was $1.54 while the price per square foot in July 2024 was $1.31 marking a 14.3% decrease YoY. August-September was when we first noticed the shift in the REITs pricing strategy, so it will be interesting to see how those months’ price per square ft compares as we progress into the year.
