With June behind us, we are able to see how asking rates have trended for the REITs using pricing data for 10×10 CC units within the top 25 markets.

In June 2023 the price per square ft was $1.58 which has since dropped by 14.4% to $1.35.

It will be interesting to see what the REITs report for their achieved square footage once their earnings are released for Q2 2024.
