The multi-story building is situated in the center of Alphabet City, in the East Village neighbourhood of lower Manhattan. Storage Post was founded in 1998 and has facilities across New York, New Jersey and Louisiana.
The self storage facility based at 444 East 10th Street offers a variety of storage units and amenities, featuring a large sized multi-bay interior loading area along with units ranging from smaller 4’ x 4’ x 4’ to extra large units of 20’ x 22’. Storage Post Self Storage will now function as the facility's third-party management, utilising its great reputation in the New York City MSA.
Storage Post are continuing to expand and grow their brand, with the Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Delaune suggesting “This is an exciting time for Storage Post as we bring new locations into our brand. As a team, both in the field and at the corporate office, we are working toward optimal property performance and expanding our consumer markets”.
Jack Giannola, Storage Post's director of acquisitions reiterated the growth plan, "We expect to add many more locations in 2022 to bring the Storage Post name to more regions and increase our market share."
