With November behind us we can take a look at how the asking rates for 10×10 CC units within the top 25 markets advertised by REIT facilities in the month of November 2024 compared to November 2023.

In November 2024 the price per square ft was $1.04 a 12.2% decrease from November 2023 when the price per square ft was $1.19.

The Fed is expected to continue to cut interest rates in 2025, hopefully unfreezing the housing market and bringing more self storage demand with it.
