With September behind us, we are able to review how rates have changed year over year.
In September 2022, the average price per square foot was $1.63. While this past month, for September 2023, the average price per square foot had dropped to $1.37 per square foot. This was a 16% decrease year over year.
However, the average price per square foot in September 2019 was $1.24, making the percentage change from 2019 to 2023 a 10.6% increase.
