Three Long Island locations are included in the portfolio: 1000 Axinn Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530; 50 Carnation Avenue, Floral Park, NY 11001; and 280 Broadway, Huntington Station, NY 11746; and a fourth Westchester County property is located at 1760 Front Street, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. Since 2016, Storage Post has managed the four sites for an institutional partner, totaling over 370,000 gross square feet, and will continue to run them under the Storage Post name.
Climate-controlled units, 24 hour video monitoring, secure coded entrance, covered indoor loading bays, drive-up storage units, and on-site parking are featured at all four facilities.
