March 09, 2022, with the recent acquisition of the 5 Mile Storage Company in Boise, StorageMart increases its growing portfolio in Idaho. The acquisition includes the addition of 91,196 total net rentable square feet including 487 storage units and 48 parking spaces. This latest acquisition is StorageMart’s third location in Idaho.
StorageMart who are headquartered in Columbia, Missouri, were founded in 1999, and aim to “satisfy every customer with friendly service and a welcoming self storage environment”. With more than 220 self storage facilities across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, StorageMart promise to provide easy, clean storage solutions and friendly customer service.
It has been announced that the property will be upgraded with the entire site being renovated, including repaving and basic touch-ups, to ensure that each unit lives up to the StorageMart brand promise of convenient, clean storage and friendly customer service. Along with new lighting, pavement, and paint, as well as an Open Tech Gate that allows renters to get contactless access to the facility via the "StorageMart Unlocked" app.
