Following up on our recently announced partnership with Life Storage, Union Realtime is excited to announce that it has also partnered with The William Warren Group (WWG) to improve the quality and depth of development data in the self storage industry. WWG, a privately held entrepreneurial real estate company that operates the StorQuest Self Storage brand, will be contributing data to Union Realtime’s existing database of over 2,800 development projects.
The William Warren Group is one of the largest privately held development, acquisition, property and asset managers in the self storage industry. With over 140 facilities and 400 employees nationwide, the company has tremendous insights into key markets across the country.
