With summer over and big REITs releasing their Q3 numbers soon, it is important to review which units had the largest average rate increase from Q1 2022 to Q2 2022.
From Q1 2022 to Q2 2022 5x5 CC units increased from an average of $62.8 to an average of $66 an increase of5.1%
5x10 CC units increased from an average of $94.5 to an average of $98.8 an increase of 4.6%

10x20 CC units increased from an average of $257.4 to an average of $269 an increase of 4.5%
It is interesting to see that the smaller units seemed to have the highest percentage increases with 5x5 CC units having the biggest increase, and 5x10 CC units having the second highest increase nationally. It will be interesting to see which units have the largest percentage change from Q2 2022 to Q3 2022.
