This exit will allow them to pursue multiple developments throughout the Intermountain West,” said Farrer. “Guardian Safe Storage was pursued by some of the most recognizable names in the storage industry and eventually sold to an individual 1031 Exchange buyer.” The Buyer was also procured by Marcus & Millichap.
Guardian Safe Storage is new high-quality construction and features 14 steel buildings with standing seam metal roofs, a professional leasing office, and a climate-controlled building. Climate-controlled units range from 5x10 to 10x15, with drive-up units ranging from 5x10 to 10x25. The property is located off Northside Boulevard and directly adjacent to the Country Club Apartments. Located in the “Treasure Valley,” Nampa is the third fastest growing city in the state.
